This course will take you through a series of exercises designed to strengthen your hands, wrists and fingers, as well as, to promote flexibility and release tension. This is the first in a series of exercises created to help stave off the debilitating effects of common hand problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis in the hand, and tendonitis in the wrist. Each series of exercises is designed to work a specific group of muscles, such as the fingers in Series 1.
