Class Description:

DoIn is a form of Self Shiatsu. By following a series of DoIn exercises, you can improve, maintain and develop your overall general physical, mental and emotional health and well-being.

DoIn (pronounced dough-in), is an ancient exercise practice. The DoIn exercises are self-help techniques that often resemble yoga postures. These exercises are designed to work on the body's energy meridians to improve, maintain and develop over all well-being and health. DoIn is actually a form of Shiatsu and incorporates knowledge of the body's energy pathways known as, Meridians. The DoIn exercises themselves are designed to help open up any blockages that you may be experiencing right now in your body. Blockages in the body have been known to contribute to illness.
When you incorporate the DoIn exercises into your normal daily life, you will notice that you will begin to feel more invigorated and energized. You will feel like you have more energy to start your day. And the best part, DoIn can be done in as little as 5 minutes a day! Don't you deserve at least 5 minutes a day to feel good about yourself?
