| - Introduction into Chakras - Learn how methods of activating and closing Chakras. Use techniques to cleanse and harmonize chakras. Introduction into the seven planets, the seven elements, and the seven rights.

Class Description: | This course will teach methods of activating, balancing, and cleansing the Chakra system. The Chakras form a holistic system within the body. When one chakra is affected, the others become affected as well. They all work together as one. Discover each chakra's name, color, mantra, element, sound, etc. The whole purpose of becoming familiar with the Chakra system is to help us integrate wholeness within ourselves. We can then bring physical, mental, emotional, and subconscious aspects of health into our lives.

What is a Chakra? Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning, "wheel", or "wheel of light". Our human bodies contain 7 major chakras that influence every organ and gland in our body. When one chakra is affected, the body as a whole becomes affected. This course will show you, the student, how to bring balance and harmony to your physical, emotional and mental body using simple and easy to use chakra techniques. You will be taught how to cleanse, balance, and energize the chakra system in your body. Healthy functioning chakras will allow your body to maintain health and well being. The techniques shown in this course will allow you to use them rebalancing techniques for yourself, your family, and your friends. While it is easier to understand the Chakra system if you are already practicing healing work, there is no previous experience requirements to taking this course. This course is simple to follow and easy to understand. It is designed for the beginner energy worker. This course is taught in 8 lessons, 16 assignments, and 8 quizzes. In each lesson, students will be introduced to basic information regarding that particular Chakra. Students will learn what physical ailments are attributed to each Chakra, as well as, what emotional and mental elements is brought on when a Chakra is not functioning properly. Students will be able to take this knowledge and help aid in the healing and balancing of Chakra for themselves and others.
